Ever since we began working with Snoqualmie Ice Cream in 2010, we’ve been blown away by owners Barry and Shahnaz Bettinger’s commitment to sustainability and passion for creating the perfect ice cream. We really can’t gush enough about the company, and we have a freezer full of ice cream to prove it. 

Over the past year, 206inc has helped the brand grow and share Snoqualmie Ice Cream’s inspiring story with the world- developing a new website, redesigning the pint packaging, increasing Snoqualmie Ice Cream’s Facebook fan base and thowing the first annual Ice Cream-O-Rama event drawing nearly 3,000 ice cream lovers from throughout the region. 

This week the 206inc team was invited to an afternoon of ice cream and pizza at the Snoqualmie Ice Cream Cafe in Maltby. Barry was eager to have us try out his brand new all-natural pizza dough recipe and give us a tour of the new Snoqualmie Ice Cream farm. When we first saw the location for the farm in June it was a big plot of dirt, but the farm has come a long way and we can’t wait to see it come Spring. We finished up the afternoon with a lunch of freshly baked pizza, ice cream and home baked cookies, which probably contained enough calories to last us an entire week.
